- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Payment
Payment
- The currency accepted is USD, and payment can be made through Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Don't send me payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me payment.
- A fee will be included for shipping physical pieces.

Process and delivery
Process and delivery
- The time it takes to finish your drawing or painting commission varies from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on factors such as health and the complexity of the commissioned piece.
- Window Painting should take one hour for every two windows. Of course, this depends on size and complexity.
- For digital art - Once a piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image and a web-friendly size.
- For colored pencils, soft pastels, or acrylic painting, a physical copy will be shipped. Please tell me where you live, and I can arrange accordingly. Note: there will be a bit of a fee.

Revisions
Revisions
- You get 3 rounds of changes on the commission included in the price.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless it’s a misunderstanding on my side.
- If you wish me to change something in the final drawing, I will charge a fee. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make, and it's usually based on the hourly wage.

Copyright and Usage
Copyright and Usage
- I, Valeria Fuentes:
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.
- You (the customer/ client):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make a profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.
- You retain the intellectual property (IP)
- All public display or publication of the artwork must include clear credit: Valeria Fuentes. Failure to include this attribution will result in an additional fee of $[Amount] or 50% of the original invoice, whichever is greater
- You may NOT use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point- contact me for info.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The Client is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission
- If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
- If you request a refund when I have received the initial deposit, I will keep 50% of the deposit and refund the rest.
- If at any point you ask for a refund when you are not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all the aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have full rights to profit further from it anyway. I will decline the refund and, depending on the method of transfer, will provide evidence of conversation regarding the commission piece and agreements.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
WHAT DID YOU GET?
I'll prepare several drafts and mockups. You will select one for me to proceed with, keeping in mind that the number of drafts may vary based on the project's complexity.
Sketch and/ or final sketch that you must accept before I continue the work
Insight and involvement in the color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece).
Full-resolution file of the final drawing and a smaller version for internet uploads. Final file formats are usually PNG, but can be changed; just ask.
